Q: How do I claim the 1-Year Unconditional Warranty?
A: We make it simple and stress-free. If your paddle has any structural or manufacturing issues within 365 days, follow these steps:
- Prepare your Order Number.
- Take a clear photo or video showing the issue.
- Email us at support@jojolemon.com.
Once verified, we will provide a one-time replacement for your paddle. (Note: Warranty is limited to a one-time replacement per original purchase).

A: Each Shark is born for a different playstyle:
