Order Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation fees.
- We will process your refund immediately upon cancellation request
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- The actual refund timing depends on your payment provider's processing times
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item due to our error, we will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Our Process:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the issue via our Returns Portal
- We will send a replacement product at no additional charge
- You do not need to return the original item
Replacement Shipping Times:
- US Customers: 3-5 business days
- International Customers: Approximately 15 business days
Returns for Refund (Within 30 Days)
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Important Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- You must initiate the return through our dedicated Returns Portal
- Do not ship items back without authorization and shipping instructions

- Our returns department will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, you will receive customized return instructions and a shipping address
- Ship your return using the provided instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
Refund Processing:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Important Shipping Address Notice:
Do not ship returns to the address on your original package. After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a specific returns address based on your location. Returns sent to incorrect addresses may be significantly delayed or lost.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased beyond 30 days
- Items not purchased directly from us
